Hello new member here. I've been shooting since 2013. I have a small collection of air rifles/pistols. Currently using a Anschutz 2002 in HFT. Made a few changes along the way with her look. Here are some pictures.

Is that a an early Dave Welham (AirMasters 88) power conversion ? do you know a little about the history of your air rifle out of curiosity ?

I bought the rifle about two years ago from a guy - selling on behalf of a family where the owner of the rifle had past away. It was setup for a disabled guy to shoot benchrest. Funny thing is i've just taken up benchrest myself. Shame as I sold all the benchrest bit that came with the rifle. As for who converted her, Dave serviced the rifle last year and didn't recognize that it was one of his. For an old girl she is a bit of an eye catcher on the HFT circuit.

By the way...do you have pictures of the action removed from the stock ?

Would be good to see it in the flesh so to speak ... looks like the previous owner had the black colour removed from the action as it now appears in natural alu colour ...

Hi, I don't currently have any pictures of the rifle destocked. Now she's all set up I won't remove the stock now till all major competition are finished. So when I do I'll take some. I'm also on the look out for the aluminum version of 2002 the same laminated wood.

eGun is your friend... www.egun.de

Buying from Germany is as easy as buying within the UK

Turn on Google translate, or use 2 different web browsers at same time side by side on your PC screen as sometimes Google translate mucks up the login process probably due to anti spam defenses of the website...

Anyway a quick look reveals a LEFT hander NEW OLD 2002 barebones stock sold by Anschutz at Euro100 > http://egun.de/market/item.php?id=6606309#img

Not Good Value IMHO as you would spend double the Euro100 simply getting all correct alu inserts, nuts & bolts...to build it up..

If you can wait, simply look here daily

1) Anschutz > http://egun.de/market/list_items.php?mo ... asdes=desc

or

2) Personal Sellers / Shops > http://egun.de/market/list_items.php?ca ... asdes=desc

I've been looking on there. There's one but he won't sent out of his country. I'd like the whole rifle. Like to have both.

2002, 2020 have been hard to flog sub £750 about the last 8 years, same with the Walthers last few years price dropped out the market.

Aluminium should be able to pick one up for £600 -£750.
Problem is the stocks.
If a jobs worth doing, do it right or not at all.
