#1 My Thomas FT rifle

Enjoying my Thomas here in the states. This photo was taken at our last comp in October here in North Carolina, the one on the bottom left is mine, the others are club member's guns. There is a FT pistol in the middle. The one on the bottom right is a 12fpe version.

Thanks Scott !

When you have a moment can you post like a tonne of pics of your gun ?

Close ups & what not..

Here in UK -those in the know- are secretly hankering getting their hands on these..

Any specs about barrel, grooves, and 50 yards pellet group would be appreciated.

Is your rifle running at 11.5 ft/lb ? if yes, what pellets ?

I love the fact the rifle now comes standard with Titanium cylinder...

Mine is set at 811fps with JSB 13.4 Monsters, so it is a US Open FT division rig. Polygonal barrel, titanium air tube, 10.9 butt hook, and the Rowan bits you can see. After working with Dave Rose, and talking to the AAFTA board of governors, I was able to convince them the Rowan DSW should be legal in our Open and Hunter divisions after Dave did a software update to make that possible.

Mike Niksch (the owner of Thomas air) will be shooting 12fpe WFTF division next year with his Thomas. He has also offered contingency money for the US National Championships in 2017 for a win with a Thomas rifle ($1000 for a win in the three AAFTA divisions)

I did a podcast interview with Mike that can be found on http://www.ftpodcast.com where he talks about the development of the rifle and his US Open championship in October. His is an interesting story and his approach is fascinating.

I have pictures of the rifle I can post tomorrow. I expect I will be moving to a shorter barrel and air tube in the next month or two.

This picture is of everyone (except Chris Berry) who shot a Thomas at the recent US Nationals. Mike is second from left top row and I'm to the right of him.

Very nice.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures, and I'll watch the podcast later.

The black Thomas carbine is the customer rifle that Mike took to the US Nationals and won with.

I will get some pics up this weekend of my Thomas.

I'm not keen on carbines... but you can't argue with results.
