I have tried to remove Leupold comp medallion but haven't succeeded .

Use Super Glue Remover...Watch not to spill on plastic, wood finish or lens.

Tanits done it any way but will add.
Sharp knife down the side of the L badge in the aluminium housing.
Prise up and keep pressure on - 20 to 30 seconds its off.

If a jobs worth doing, do it right or not at all.
