New end plug replacement with more threads than original doing away with the gauge.
Its also shorter with the dust cap on than the standard end plug with gauge, freshly machined.

I like the cheek riser

....and the first scope rail you made (Andras FM took photo of it) - the more angular shape of that one suits the gun better IMHO.

As usual, amazing work Jon ! :D

Quite agree how on earth can these things supposedly pass a 300bar test to run at 200bar.
Its only 0.75mm pitch thread, thought my 16mm would be pushing it.

Cant see the logic why they are putting such a small amount of thread in, all the german guns seem to be the same, made to a absolute minimum requirements where the air cylinder are concerned, that said they must deem them safe as they pass the tests, I believe the minimum requirement for the amount of threads is 5 or 6 full threads if i remember right, but i would assume that would be with a bsp thread or coarser metric pitches 1,5mm ect, im not sure if that rule applies to any pitch thread, cant see it myself but you never know, when i get a spare moment i will thread some tube with a similar diameter 0.75mm thread and test it to see what pressure they will a actually take before they fail, i will report back with my findings.

Cant agree more Shaun.
There's dubiously max 10 full threads at 0.75mm pitch on original end plug. So 30x0.75
O rings at the front like i did 20 odd years ago so its just shear strength.
One i made with more threads has to be spotless or it wont go in, 0.05mm cut it becomes sloppy.

I would think the tube would expand on stress due to the angle of threads before it would strip the plug thread.
In steel it would be pushing it at 1mm pitch.
Having had it out with a couple of producers, should another go their philosophy is return it and we will replace = wrong attitude.
