Bisley Lord Roberts Centre comes to mind...BUT, that indoor range in the Netherland is a Private Club's enterprise.

Alternatively if you live a remote location with land, have a digger excavate an open track to extend your basement to say 60 to 100 yards out by 20 wide, and have some greenhouse type roof ? :lol:
