Titanium tubes

Hey there.
I got asked to make a few titanium tubes recentley for the HW100K and rifle.
I made them 20mm longer.

They work out at about 40% lighter and i have hydro tested them to 700bar.
I will go higher when i get a higher range gauge. My pressure tester will go to 100'000psi.

The top picture is of the first tube i did and the program was a little off. The centre band wasn't wide enough.

Can you make a cylinder with a front fill that will fit a Hammerli AR20 by any chance ?
If so, myself and a few mates who have these guns would certainly be interested in buying a few each from you.

I am new to this forum, but have been airgunning for some time now. I have a special build using the new .30cal Lothar Walther barrel designed for the JSB pellet. The current setup has a tube that is small and can handle only 200bar pressure. My question is about the titanium tubing. Is it possible to have you make a custom titanium tube for my project? Also looking for a regulator for this gun. the requirements are 300bar, Approx 300cc tube (could be less since pressure is so high).

Current pressure tube is 200bar, 180cc. It is approx 1.25" O.D.

Much more accurate details can be provided of course.

Perhaps in soliciting assistance on a public forum as a FIRST post - you could also, now post some pics of your airguns, pics from previous projects, & provide a little more info. about your shooting habits, as an overall intro etc..?
