...according my friend Juan, the ATAMAN block requires 13.96mm

So anyone wanting a CZ hammer forged barrel, can/should simply order the O/D 15mm ; or if wanting BEEFIER barrel , gunsmith can still cut down the 16 mm O/D

which is what I think I will order (since the carbon sleeve I want should fit nicely at 16mm >

Is the barrel change a necessary one? Or just for the pleasure of it?

The Tsar I shot / tested was pretty good already and will only get better with shooting. Change the barrel to a hammer forged CZ and you will have to go through the whole shooting in process all over again.

That said, I am pondering a CZ barrel for my ISP.
