Leupold FT50 for Weaver T36

i have two years now a Weaver T36 that i use for br!I decided to use her also for FT so i m gonna buy the leupold 50 ft adapter:

What else should i need to fit this adapter on the T36x40??

Leupold 50 ft adaptor + Butler Creek flip up front cover.

Fairly sure you don't need with the T36, they have been used nationally without.
