Plenty in Cz Mesmut

Problem will have is the machining to fit and have only ever seen two people do a decent job.
Admins got three, CZ, Walther and a two part sleeved BSA all from 2012 first in the world.

..have made my own enquiries to aquire more CZ 4.5mm "hammer forged" barrel blanks , but asked for pictures & any PDF or marketing info. from CZ factory explaining/confirming how their barrels are made..

"hi ,

Sorry about the delay, I was out of office dealing with suppliers today. Yesterday I had to check our other factory near Prague. Barrels are hammer forged at diameter 30mm but then they are turned down to 15mm on lathe so you can not see those hammer markings.

Have sent email asking if Michal if Cz can supply barrel blanks at diameters of - 17mm, or 16.5mm , or 16mm etc..

Spoke with Michal over the phone..

He will update us after the weekend and said it has been possible to request certain barrel diameters...but CZ are not willing to offer a huge range of diameters

So, I am assuming MOST of you wanting a CZ 4.5mm blank barrel - will want a 16mm ?

I finally found some time to sit down and check those barrels.

As for different diameters i need order for 50+pcs and we can make pretty much whatever you like and delivery would be around 12weeks, but for small quantities we need to have just one or two diameters that we can stock.

One is 15mm dia, 520mm length as on eshop and the other one we agreed 16mm/520mm.

Cz does'nt have any promotion materials since this is not their end product. We use those blanks to fit new rifles such is BM (then you have marketing materials with rifle) or to fit existing rifle which is gunsmithing job and for that we don't have any marketing stuff either. I hope that I've explained it correct (my English is getting pretty rusty)

Am just about to place an order on Monday for 2 of these...16mm diameter at 520mm length..

Will obviously post pics when I receive and will keep all posted on transaction with Michal.
