Why would the WFTF rules leave out conditions about shooting jackets? There's no mention of shooting jackets, or are those allowed/not allowed?

...shooting jackets are allowed and simply no big deal to have to, introduce rules / regulations governing their construct for the sake of bringing out rules ...to hamper the sport. It's really upto to competitor whether they want to wear only a T shirt, or wear a jacket & use a sling combo...
