From what I understand, the original company "Demyan" had production & distribution problems (ran out of money ?), and was bought / taken over / managed by "BVG Industrial", and is now re-branded as of 13/10/2011 , as "ATAMAN" , under the direction/partnership of Michael Nestruyev.
