From what I can see it appears to show force against distance travelled (FORCE Nm / PATH mm).
The online translation of the data table headings is:
maximum force
tripping
preference
coating
triggering energy
ignition delay
system
Not sure how to read the whole thing, it does say "single action" but the trace looks like 2 stage to me?
One thing it does show is the action is very repeatable over the 5 tests.
There is a similar marketing graph on the website comparing it against competitor triggers but again I am not sure what it proves, the shape of the trace looks similar to the others it is just set to a lower force and a longer pull?
