" The new Benjamin Armada is the world's premier AR-compatible air rifle and officially licensed for the Magpul® M-LOK modular accessory system. The Armada is the first commercially available PCP rifle that allows shooters the same breadth of modularity and user configurability as enjoyed by the AR community. By implementing the M-LOK interface system and designing the rifle to mil-spec dimensions for the grip and stock interfaces, the Armada ensures shooters will be able to use the same AR parts and accessories they know and love.

The Armada is built in America and delivers velocities of 1000 FPS with 32 foot pounds of energy, making it an ideal small game rifle and target shooter. It includes a 10-shot magazine, full suppression and gets over 30 shots per fill. The receiver features a machined picatinny rail and the bolt is reversible for left-handed shooters. An on-board gauge for monitoring air pressure and a crisp two-stage trigger make this a worthy addition to your gun collection.

The Magpul Edition includes an M-LOK licensed aluminum handrail with picatinny rails and:

Magpul MOE grip
Magpul MOE 6-position stock with cheek riser
CenterPoint 4-16x56mm scope with co-witness rings and sunshade

Not sure ,but this looks like sales blurb straight of the manufacturer .
I don't suppose they gave max affective range did they.
As an ex military shootist , I've got a number of issues here .
M-lock , more like hemlock , another air rifle tarted up to look like military special opps , it's a fracking air rifle for frack sake .
If you want to look the part join the fracking forces , stop poncing about playing Cowboys and fracking Indians .
A hunting rifle is a hunting rifle , a target rifle is a target rifle.
You air rifle shooters , your not G.I. Joe , Rambo .
If you want to shoot like this get a powder burner.

For the American Consumer ;) ...they're all a bit confused as to taste methinks...explains why the Daystate Bullpup came out looking like it did- catered to American tastes....but totally a botched job.

Wherease the EDGun (made in Estonia by a Russian), Kalibr (made by Russians in CZ Republic), and Vulcan by Airgun Technology - made in CZ) - are all in a CLASS above the Daystate Bullpup - ergonically, design , albeit with some minor mechanical gremlins - but definitely utilitarian & more appealing (IMHO).

With regards to Military look, It started with the Koreans and their Evanix "Alien" like semi & full autos, plastic & alu wrapped actions. Seems Crosman is simply borrowing & refining that look. but decided to spread out the risk in marketing by going in 2 directions - less is better > Benjamin Bulldog (Futuristic plasma laser look, bullpup) and the Military combat look full rifle length - Armada.

right now, the U.S. is caught up in a "Tactical/military" craze and has quite an appetite for "AR" style arms nationwide as a result. (It's also driving our paranoid legislators crazy trying to get "assault weapons" out of civilian hands)

that may explain why there has become a market in the airgun world for the AR look-alike platform.

many folks like the military ergonomics of a shooting platform, be it in air or powder burning; like the pistol grip and picatinny rail features.
