Mmm...having second thoughts on the shaft...totally & ergonomically suited to fit like a glove for 10m shooters. All crunched up, elbows close to body....especially right hand & elbow...
So had a "play" with "photoshop"
...couple of ideas came to mind
Chop it in rear section and add an alu "coupling" joint with spacers (not a botch job - but totally professional , suited for FT shooting positions, & cosmetically looking RIGHT) ...just and idea... have NO intention of going down this project route.
