Just started this little job.
Ive had the barrel for ages but dont want to machine it untill i know it will work.
I know this has been done b4 so sorry if i go over old ground.

Cant bore a stndard 8 shot mag' out as its not got enough meat on. So its got to be a 7 shot.

I'll have to make a jig to sort where the holes are going after ive got a few more measurements.
Gunna have a snooze and i'll get back at it in a bit.
Later, Sean.

Does the indexing lever on your gun have enough "reach" to index this magazine?

Someone has done something similar but used a Revolution breech to be able to use the self indexing magazines in .25. See here.

Curious how this progresses, don't let us wait too long!

Not sure yet. I got one mag parted off but no pellet holes in it. I'll put some oversize ones in just to see if it does have enough travel.
May need a bit of tweekin somewhere down the line with the machanism.
ps: them pics links dont work. Think they bin deleted from photo bucket. You got some you could send to my e'mail ?
Later PW.

Argh! All the more reason not to use photobucket. Unfortunately I didn't save the pictures. I'll contact Mika on FXOC and make him join here too (if he isn't already) :)

I can't stand not being to able to find stuff :)

I googled and found http://www.network54.com/Forum/543831/t ... ne+.25+Cal" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not the project I meant, but it looks like what you're doing.
