The very first airgun I bought was a HW90. It's in caliber .22. It really reaches out and touches something out to 60m in the 22ft/lbs it does. The downside is that it's fairly loud for a springer (well...sortof), and it's not an easy rifle to cock. Solution: fit a custom barrel shroud!
I had one made by Jon from Silencers4U in the UK. It works a treat! The rifle gives a nice huff and is way easier to cock now. I'm keeping this one, it's my first and a delight to shoot.
Only downside...it's long! (it needs a case with at least 135cm inner room)

A heavy barel helps damp recoil a lot on a powerfull springer ( Gas Ram). I fit steel silencers or HW98 barels to my HW95's to make them shoot sweeter.
