"This is a blank as the basis for building a larger air cylinder HW 100 blank cartridges in this gauge and the connector fit of the orig. HW cartridge 100th Outside diameter of 3.7 cm, inner diameter 2.9 cm, 49 cm long, 300 cm ³ volume of comparison, the original cartridge has a capacity of 175 cc. The cartridges are made of seamless, cold-finished precision steel pipe. The surface is galvanized and chromated black or dark green - olive. In the pipes is to receive the original bolts (manometer, fill valve) at both ends, and a female thread M32x1 sealing inner surface such a tight seal after the conversion is given. In conjunction with the 60 cm barrel is a cartridge exchange, also with Quickfilladapter, with attached muffler well possible. A shorter run is a fitting on the muffler is not possible because the distance between the muffler and print cartridge is low. On one side of the outer diameter of the cartridge is slightly reduced, so that an easier installation is placed in the gun, similar to the original cartridge. The wall thickness of the tubes is slightly thicker than it is the case in the original pipe. The tube was filled with 320 bar pressure tested, but should the user-made modification be checked by a specialist center. Weight 1600g".

Look at the weight.
Also is it me or has it got more threads in, very dodgy before.

Prelutec has/had a Aluminum Cylinder ready for the HW100. It was fitted with a Delrin Spacer to have the correct Dia inside the Barrel/Cylinder Band. I believe they could make it as long as one like.

Thoses Schneider Blanks/Spacers aren't pressure tested as far as I know.. I still need all my Fingers and wouldn't try these out :D

I bought the cylinder from above site, it is a blank tube and yes as it is said it is very heavy! the tube wall thickness around 5mm, it weigh my hw100 up to 6.5kg (14.5Lb) including scope, long barrel and silencer.

things that make me disappointed about the tube are, the inner side of the tube was found rusty when i received it and the tube color is so fake... it is discolored very easily even when I wipe out the tube with a gun oil, then I repainted the tube using a spray paint.

the slimmed outter diameter of the tube is off-length, the length of slimmed diameter is slightly too long that the tube is slightly floating on the barrel support.

Would I recommend it? Read my comment.

Thanks for the feed back.

M32X1 from 37mm outside diameter = less than 5mm, divide that by 2 = max 2.5mm wall thickness more than adequate if decent tubing and thread fitment.

Tubes are rarely concentric to the bore or even round, so when turned down one side could be thin, 180 degrees opposite could be thick. A tube is only as strong as the joints, in this case the threads and not many of them regardless of how good a fit.

I would be surprised if that tube didnt exceed 8000 psi in destructive test about twice the best aluminium cylinders around.
